Foundations - Grade 9
Preparing a foundation for success
The Foundations Program
helps students in grades 8 to 10 build a solid academic
foundation. Class size is kept small and students
work in cohort groups with two teachers, creating
strong relationships and a sense of community in
the classroom. Learning gaps in numeracy and literacy
skills are specifically targeted.
Students work together as a group in a supportive small class environment.
Classes are Monday to Thursday, 8:45 am – 3:00 pm with Friday tutorials 8:45 – 11:30 am.
This 10-month program runs September to June and February to January.
